Just joined to maybe gather and share some more musical knowledge. Music is the love of my life, and I have gone through every phase, except rap (and I really tried in the '90's with Ice Cube, Snoop, and others...)

Currently, I'm a freak for Tori Amos. Kate Bush is also a fav of mine, as is Yes, King Crimson, Porcupine Tree, lots of melodic well-produced pop of past and present.

My latest discovery is A Fine Frenzy. I just downloaded their (her) album from iTunes.

I have over 10,000 mp3's on my PC, so that should tell you just how important music is to me.

Ha! I'm all over that! Two external hardrives I alternate backing-up to about every month. I keep meaning to buy a ton of CD-R's and burn the whole lot to disc, but am a bit daunted by that job...
