It has come to our attention that www.alwaysontherun.net has listed Jimi Hendrix
song lyrics and a photo via its website without a license or authorization. We
have no record of having issued a license to www.alwayontherun.net or any other
company, for this use. Our client previously advised you, via e-mail on February
13, 2004 (copy attached) that you are not authorized to do same.
DEMAND IS HEREBY MADE THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CEASE AND DESIST FROM DISPLAYING,
MARKETING OR DISTRIBUTING THESE LYRICS AND PHOTO OF JIMI HENDRIX.
If we do not hear from you by the close of business on Monday, August 30, 2004,
we shall assume that an amicable resolution is not possible and shall proceed
accordingly.
